Keelara LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates CraftMyFlow (www.craftmyflow.keelara.com). This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle when you use our AI workflow-automation discovery and analysis tool, and how.
What Data We Collect
CraftMyFlow is designed with privacy as a core principle. We minimize data collection wherever possible, and most of your data stays in your own browser.
- Your saved workflows, analyses, and preferences are stored locally in your browser's localStorage and remain on your device unless you choose to use the optional features described below.
- We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name to use the core features. We do not sell your personal information.
Cross-Device Sync (Optional)
If you choose to sync your data across devices, we store a copy of your saved data on our servers (Amazon Web Services / DynamoDB), associated with a random sync code that you control and share. Sync data is retained on a rolling basis and is removed automatically after a period of inactivity. Syncing is entirely optional, and you can clear your local and synced data at any time from the app.
AI Features
When you use our AI-powered features (such as the Workflow Analyzer), the text you submit is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate a response. We do not use these submissions to build a profile of you, and we do not permanently store them — they are processed to return your result and then discarded. Your use of these features is also subject to the AI provider's own terms and privacy policy.
Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Polar (Polar Software Inc.), acting as the merchant of record. When you subscribe, Polar collects and processes your payment and billing information directly; we do not receive or store your full payment card details. We retain your subscription email address and status so we can provide, validate, and manage your subscription across your devices.
Cookies and Analytics
CraftMyFlow does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
We may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and simple aggregate counters to understand how the app is used (for example, page views, session duration, and approximate country derived from your IP address). This information is anonymous and aggregated. GA4 may set its own cookies; you can opt out via your browser settings or a Google Analytics opt-out extension.
Local Storage
We use your browser's localStorage to save your saved workflows, analyses, and preferences and display preferences (such as dark mode). This data stays on your device. You can clear it at any time using the "Clear All Data" option in the app or by clearing your browser's site data.
Data Security
We serve the site over HTTPS. Any data held on our servers for sync or subscriptions is stored with reputable cloud providers (Amazon Web Services) and limited to what is needed to provide the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
CraftMyFlow is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
